Hello there! I’m Abel Jimenez, an Experience Designer (Product & Service) rooted in research and human-centered design. I help create digital and service experiences that feel intuitive, supportive, and aligned with real financial needs.

My work spans user research, journey mapping, and prototyping, all with the goal of reducing frustration and helping Credit Union members feel more confident managing their money.

Outside of work, I recharge by rock climbing, running, hiking, foraging, and seeking new places and experiences.
